Having trouble motivating your children to eat veggies? Try making gardening a family affair. Kids who turn up their noses at store-bought produce will devour foods they help grow. And, an afternoon spent in the greenhouse or outside garden can be a fun family project! After all, kids of all ages love to play in the dirt! Having your own greenhouse allows you to reap the benefits of gardening year round. You'll especially enjoy working in your greenhouse when the climate outside is harsh! Remember to think ahead when you're ordering a greenhouse. Order the season before you actually want to use it to allow yourself ample time for set up. So, if you're looking to start seeds in Spring, order your greenhouse during the Winter!

Did You Winterize Your Greenhouse?

Gain maximum efficiency over the winter months by following these few simple tricks. Use 1" thick styrofoam around the bottom 2' of your greenhouse. Clip 2mm thick plastic over the styrofoam and over the walls of your greenhouse. It's only necessary to do the roof if you do not have a shade curtain. Remember to keep your shade curtain closed during Winter. Greenhouse clips are available from us, please call if you need them.
